- Organization of high-quality customer service and ensuring the quality of services provided, information and consulting support for Customers, implementation of KPI stipulated in contracts with Customers;
- Build operational workflow with the Customer and control over the closing of orders confirmed to the Customer;
- Participating in the pre-tender and tender work for their Customers;
- Management of inconsistencies arising in the work of the OD for FTL products.
- Higher education in logistics, economics, linguistics;
- Knowledge of French and English is a must (B2-C1 level of proficiency); Candidates who dont meet this requirement will be not considered for recruitment process;
- Knowledge of Polish or Russian language - will be your advantage;
- Knowledge of the process and rules of document management in logistics;
- Knowledge of the logistics services market;
- Presentation, negotiation and sales skills.
